Watching peoples reaction to Alfies case kept me thinking about Existentialism. People are basing what they perceive as fact and truth based solely on their own experience, you have to understand that people have different experiences. I keep seeing the same argument "my child went to Alder Hey hospital and they where amazing" then you have "my child went to Alder Hey Hospital and they killed him". You have to understand that people will experience different things, it does not mean one is right and one is wrong. what determines what is right and what is wrong is not based on experiences its based on facts. Yes Alder Hey hospital are doing amazing things and saving children lives but they are also doing evil cruel things such as killing Alfie and stealing babies organs. They killed Alfie, this is a fact and it does not matter what you experience was or is to quote the great Malcolm X

If you replace patriotism with identity politics, ID Politics or identitarianism however you want to name this recent phenomenon thanks to Facebook this also is becoming very obvious also in how people react to Alfies case. People are identifying themselfs as the NHS or as a Doctor or as a Nurse and they will not critique the actions of the NHS, Doctors and Nurses because they identify themselves as a NHS, as Doctor as Nurse and they feel its an attack on them personally. When the fact is we are attacking specific NHS staff, Doctors and Nurses, we are not attacking ALL and people who identify themselfs as a Doctors or Nurses should only identify themselfs as a human being and not be afraid to speak out against corruption and wrong doing in the NHS.
This identitarianism has also come to light because the family of Alfie are Catholics and some people do not like Catholics, i practice Islam i can call myself a Muslim but i do not identify myself as a Muslim i am human being who is practicing Islam. A lot of so called "Left Wing" activists failed to support this family because they identify themselves as "left wing" however they define it and they felt as if they could not support Alfies family because their family was Catholic and it did not fit into their "left wing" facebook narcissistic bubble. I do not care what religion you practice, this was clearly an injustice and based on that fact, the fact that this was an injustice i did what i could to support the family. This is how you get "right wing" dickheads like Tommy Robinson or the EDL (which is all state controlled opposition anyway) taking advantage of the gap of support like they disgustedly took advantage of children being raped in Rochdale. something for the "left" to think about.

Mr Justice Hayden who issued the state execution of an innocent baby as today in court called members of the public who have supported Alfies family, people who appose this corrupt system and a state execution as “fanatical and deluded ”. He has slammed the idea of people having “hope”, he said he finds it “profoundly depressing to say the least”.
Alder Hay Hospital want to keep him detained for another 3-5 days before he can be taken home, they claim its because of the “hostility” from members of the public outside of the hospital that have made the logics of transferring him home as “impossible”. When in fact they want to keep him detained at the hospital so they can try and kill him again, they want members of the public who have a right to protest to be removed because anyone who dares to question these fascist authorities are deemed as terrorists, extremists or undesirables.
The presstitites and media whores on TV have done everything they can demonise, defame and paint these protestors as thugs when in fact most are mothers and daughters. They wouldn't dare question why is Alder Hay Hospital trying to kill Alfie, why have they mistreated him and his family. Why they have failed to find a diagnoses or allow Alfie to be transferred to a hospital in Europe that is better equipped to deal with his needs. Why will they not investigate the corruption in this hospital when they have such a dark history of steeling dead baby organs and allegedly trafficking them , where they found thousands of baby organs stashed away in pots from the period of 1988 to 1995.
The Alder Hay hospital claim that the public do not have Alfies best interests at heart which is ludicrous and hypocritical considering the abuse by this hospital Alfie and his family have suffered. Having a father sleep on the floor like a dog because they removed his couch from his room is somehow in the “best interests for Alfie”, trying everything they can to kill Alfie is having “best interests for Alfie”.
Mr Justice Hayden who has taken away all parental rights and handed them over to a corporation where they have done everything they can over the months to kill Alfie. The parents of Alfie have moved mountains to save their baby, they have fought an incredible battle. Mr Justice Hayden refuses to allow Alfie to be taken out of this country to a hospital in Europe that would take care of him instead of trying to execute him.
The Italian Ambassador to the UK’s chief of staff who was in court today said Italy has a Military air ambulance on stand by to take Alfie to Rome, despite the father begging Mr Justice Hayden to allow Alfie to be transferred if he can beat all odds again and survive the next 48hrs, Mr Justice Hayden slams down the idea and refuses permission for Alife to be flown to Rome as he coldy puts it as this is the “final chapter”

For sure they are not thinking that these memes where originated from intelligent agencies and police like in Operation Mockingbird which was carried out by CIA from the 1950's till this today, where they manipulated Newspapers and News Channels in America for their own propaganda.

Replacing affordable housing with Luxury apartments, with benefit sanctions and benefit changes making more people homeless, with no affordable housing building projects in the works where are the poor ment to rest their head? In 2017 we have people living in tents and caves, in tunnels and car parks and if you are lucky enough to live in a 40 years old tower block you could be sitting in a time bomb.
The ex occupants of the Grenfell Tower in London repeatedly told the Landlords KCTMO about their concerns despite the alleged £10.9 million redevelopment of the block. The lifts are 40 years old, no smoke alarms where fitted and no sprinkling systems where fitted. There was reports of “coating” being sprayed on the wall and inside stairwells during recent renovation, maybe this was a fire accelerate? The building was wrapped in Plastic Cladding in order to make the view from the luxury apartments nearby become more pleasant to the eye from balconies of the Rich, wrapping up the ugliness of the poor. This Cladding was no doubt the main cause of the acceleration of the fire driving it from the bottom of the tower to the tip.
On November 20th 2016 the the tenants of the Towers stated:

The London Fire Brigade of the neighbouring Hazelwood Tower (located alongside Adair Tower) found similar breaches of health and safety legislation and an Enforcement Order was also issued once again for this property forcing the KCTMO to address the serious concerns.
Was this an insurance scam? Was this a cheap way of knocking down the Tower block on the cheap in order to replace it with Luxury penthouses as part of the gentrification of our cities? The ex occupants of the Grenfell Tower in London repeatedly told the Landlords KCTMO about their concerns despite the alleged £10.9 million redevelopment of the block. The lifts are 40 years old, no smoke alarms where fitted and no sprinkling systems where fitted. There was reports of “coating” being sprayed on the wall and inside stairwells during recent renovation, maybe this was a fire accelerate? The building was wrapped in Plastic Cladding in order to make the view from the luxury apartments nearby become more pleasant to the eye from balconies of the Rich, wrapping up the ugliness of the poor. This Cladding was no doubt the main cause of the acceleration of the fire driving it from the bottom of the tower to the tip.
On November 20th 2016 the the tenants of the Towers stated:
“we believe that the KCTMO are an evil, unprincipled,, mini-mafia who have no business to be charged with the responsibility of looking after the every day management of large scale social housing estates and that their sordid collusion with the RBKC Council is a recipe for a future major disaster.”
KCTMO have a history of breaking health and safety rules with the aftermath of the Adair Tower fire the London Fire Brigade found that the KCTMO had not been looking after the safety of residents properly and issued an Enforcement Order compelling them to improve the fire safety in the escape staircases and to provide self closing devices to all the tower block’s front doors. The London Fire Brigade of the neighbouring Hazelwood Tower (located alongside Adair Tower) found similar breaches of health and safety legislation and an Enforcement Order was also issued once again for this property forcing the KCTMO to address the serious concerns.
Was this an insurance scam? Was this a cheap way of knocking down the Tower block on the cheap in order to replace it with Luxury penthouses as part of the gentrification of our cities? Its very clear the conservative government does not care about our safety shutting down 10 London Fire Stations and Boris Johnson telling the Fire Service to “Oh get stuffed" , with 72 Conservatives voting against making homes “fit for human habituation”...maybe this is because about 70 Conservative MP's are Landlords? There is no smoke without fire the Council, Government and KCTMO are responsible for this horrific inferno, will they be held accountable, will they face charges? If it was not for the fact that Muslims where up praying and breaking fast how many lifes would have been lost, this could have been 100x worse.

Another member was Bilal Ahmed who was in the same small group was convicted of gang raping a teenager, the mother of the victim had informed GMP about Salman Abedi having links to terrorism in 2016. According to the Daily Mail two people who knew Salman Abedi from Collage are said to have called the police counter-terrorism hotline five years reporting his behavior. The French Intelligent Agencies where also aware of Salman Abedi for a long time in Libya...... and MI5/MI6 well his father works for them.
In 2011 under NATO the secret service MI5 planned to topple Gaddafia in Libya and they trained, armed and funded a group mainly from Manchester called the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG) in this group was Salman Abedi and his Father. MI5/MI6 had previously planned to blow up Gaddiafi in 1996 by using a bomb under his vehicle, the whistle was blown by the ex MI5 agents David Shaylor and Annie Machon. This group had links to extremists such as ISIS and Al Qaeda especially when it was managed by Ayman al-Zawahiri which was Osama bin Laden’s successor as leader of Al Qaeda, this was announced in 2007. However the U.S. government in 2015 removed the LIFG from its list of designated terror organizations, even though the British Government had the LIFG on the terrorist list since 2005, but I guess MI5/MI6 was looking at the wrong list.
Its also important to remember that it was America NATO and the British secret services that created the Taliban in Afghanistan in the early 90's which then became Al Qaeda which was code word for CIA data base for “Islamic” mercenaries, Al Qaeda morphed into ISIS. This new formed group was not in Iraq until NATO and the British invaded and destroyed the country, ISIS was not in Syria till NATO and the British invaded and destroyed the country and ISIS was not in Libya until NATO and the British invaded and destroyed the country.

So lets go back to MI5/MI6 with the amount of power they have not just in this country but over the world, with absolutely zero accountability and transparency with a culture of not only corruption but a thirst for murder and bloodshed how can they be trusted? Can we really trust them to investigate themselves over the Manchester bombing which they have now announced, going by the PSD and the IPCC standards there is absolutely no chance of getting any justice for those that where killed in the attack. Is the answer to these Terrorist Attacks more Police, more Army and less freedom like banning the internet? Guilty, a six letter word that echoed silently in the court room for every second of the 54 days of oral hearing, a word that silently ended almost every 80 witnesses final sentences on the stand like an exclamation mark , over 7,000 pages of transcript that simply reads guilty.
A word that the CPS and Police force would not hesitate to label a member of the public with even if there was no solid grounds to do so, how many innocent members of the public are locked up in prison due to this word.
A word that sends fear to known perpetrator, a word that the victim clings onto like a Muslim holds onto a favorite Surah, a word that the victim prays to hear at the end of a trial. A word that could have powers to heal a deep wound, a word that could give closure, a word that would bring peace.
Q9 is guilty of murder, we may never truly know the real reason why Q9 shot Anthony Grainger but as previously stated in the last article it was not self defense or defense of others and I believe it was not due to error. Q9 knew who the driver was of the vehicle Anthony was in, hence why he never took his eyes off Anthony despite their being two other persons in the car one in the front passenger seat right next to Anthony, he knew his target from the moment he pulled up in the car. There was no evidence to prove that Anthony and co was about to commit an armed robbery, no weapons or tools where found in the car for such a job and even if there was and they where that is not a reason to assassinate a member of the public, it does not carry the death penalty.
With GMP showing a consistency of incompetence mixed with the culture of corruption at an epidemic level within GMP its hard to workout what was done due to failure and what was conspiracy. But everyone one that was involved in the unlawful and unjust killing of Anthony should faces charges of Conspiracy and joint criminal enterprise, Q9 did not act by himself and his reason for pulling the trigger may not have been his idea maybe he was following orders. Those involved in the shooting should face charges of Perverting the course of justice especially those destroying notebooks and log books. GMP at the bare minimum level should face charges of Corporate manslaughter. Q9.....I think he should be treated equally to members of the public, he should be charged with Murder and remanded in custody till trial.

If a Police Officer would have committed 12 separate assaults on the public, leaving one member of the public with cuts to his back which required stiches, a ruptured spleen which then had to be removed you would think he would be sacked.
You would think that if a firearm police officer had used the butt of his gun to assault two members of the public by striking their heads, would result in him being demoted from using a firearm due to this miss use of that gun.
You would think someone who had received a complaint due to racist behavior would not be trusted to use a gun.
You wouldn't trust him to make up his own tactical plan for the operation without any discussion with other colleagues on his team especially when the plan went against GMP policy.
You for sure would not trust him to be in a team with Firearm Officers that had only weeks previously failed their firearm courses, one being removed from the course for the safety of other participants on that course but apparently the public was ok to be put at risk.
You for sure would not allow this team to be in procession of a banned weapon such as Hollow Tip Bullets which is banned in warfare according to the Hague Convention 1899

This an Officer who claims that he knows more then the assigned investigators on the operation, even arguing with X7 the operational firearms commander over this.
You would think there would be a solid defense for Q9 but from what we heard in court, there was no defense. Q9 had not seen a gun or anything that could have resembled a gun, he was not in any fear of Anthony Grainger so self defense is out of the question. He did not see any other person in the car or any firearm officer approaching the car before the shot he fired, so protecting his colleagues is also out of the question. He claims Anthony could have had a gun, he could have lowered his arm to get hold of a gun from his groin area and shoot through the front of the car passing through the engine or sideways through the drivers seat door or passenger door risking shooting a childhood friend of Anthonys. Not forgetting it would have been almost impossible to successfully aim and fire a bullet at a on coming Firearm Officer without the bullet ricochetting off the metal and fabric and passing through the car with the only area on the Firearm Officers body that would have been exposed would be his moving legs, since i'm assuming the Officers was wearing bullet proof vests.
Its clear that GMP think very different to us the members of the public, you would think sitting in a car park with friends would not result in an unprovoked murder. how can we trust the police when they employ people like this to carry guns

GMP Tactical Firearms Unit go Rogue

Great Manchester Police Tactical Firearms Unit (TFU) seems to be an independent body from any police force including Greater Manchester Police, during the Anthony Grainger Public Inquiry we have learned that these gang of thugs with firearms are a law unto themselves.
After a killing of an innocent unarmed man Anthony Grainger by a Police Officer in a pre planned operation in Cheshire on 3 March 2012 a Public Inquiry was launched in 2017. Justice Watch admins have been attending the court proceedings where details of how the police work and operate has become clear.
For years the Tactical Firearms Unit in Manchester has been a rogue unit, it was so bad in 2011 that Greater Manchester Police had to rush in a replacement for the Head of the Firearms Training Unit because the current head at the time was badly running the department resulting in dramatic failures. The transfer was so quick that there was no official hand over of positions, no passing down information. It seemed that there was no prier oversight to the running of this Unit, this is a quote from Marcus Williams in relation to taking over the job
“There was none of that, sir. It was all stuff we had to discover ourselves, if you like, by trial and error”
You would think this so called Elite Armed Unit would be well trained, drilled and qualified for their employment within GMP. However the way the qualification system works is that once you have initially qualified for that position you have to undertake regular training courses in order to maintain that employment BUT the result of these courses do not come into effect till a year on, in some cases two years. So we now have unqualified armed offices that have failed their training courses and still in employment putting the public in great danger, sadly this was the case with Anthony Grainger.
Incompetent Firearm Officers
The Fire Arms Unit Officers where unable to fill in simple standard log books and record their duties correctly, they where simply not operational competent if they can't be trusted with putting paper to pen then surly they can not be trusted with finger on a trigger. Marcus Williams the new leader of the TFU in court replied to the question “there was difficulties and vulnerabilities in the unit. Would that be fair?” his answer was “ That is generous, sir, yes”.
Weeks before the TFU killed Anthony Grainger there was firearm officers who had been employed on that day of the shooting or involved in Operation Shire that were not operational competence since they had only recently failed their training courses.
Y19 who was the tactical advisor on the night Anthony was killed was unqualified to do so because he had not passed a recent MAST Tactical Advice course and he should not have been employed on that operation.
X9 The CS Gas Canister Grenade Launcher failed his MAST training course on the 4th November 2011.
X7 The Bronze Commander who was in the same car as the killer Q9 failed his course in February 2012, in fact he was kicked off the course because he was a danger to other officers on the exercise . A course that the Fire Arms Unit arranged for themselves with the MET without any contact to GMP luckly for Manchester there was not a terrorist attack because we could have ended up with most of the Armed Unit down in London doing a MET training course.
Z15 had to leave his course in February 2012 cause of safety reasons, he broke several breaches of safety protocol and would have been suspended if it was not a MET course but a GMP course.
Q9 the Killer had 12 separate complaints against him for Assaulting members of the public and was still considered to be safe with a gun.
I'm sure it was not a coincidence that a training exercise was carried out days after the shooting of Anthony Grainger, was this because Q9 and X7 decided to go against GMP TFU tactical guidelines that evening.
Training Records
Training courses was not properly recorded on the Efire System at the TFU so no one really knows if did they any actually training and what that training was, obviously their logbooks are useless to us.
For the Anthony Grainger IPCC investigation the IPCC was going to ask about previous training records of those officers employed on that night when Antony was killed however those records where nowhere to be found, Marcus Williams spoke to Mike Lawlor about this and got him to cosigned in his log book which was very unusual and just a coincidence that Mike Lawlor destroyed his notebook soon after the incident.
No License
Marcus Williams became the head of the Unit in 2011 replacing the incompetent Chief Firearm Instructor Dave Clark, when he took over the firearms training unit it didn't have a full training license because they shot and killed one of their own in an excersice two years before. PC Terry died during a firearms training exercise on 9 June 2008 involving GMP's Tactical Firearms Unit for a gun shot wound.
It took them 4 years of inspections and compliance's for Unit to get back their full training license.
Changes in Policy
After they had got back their Licence the Unit was unaware of any national curriculum training changes that came into effect on June 2011 until one of their Firearm Officers stumbled upon it on when attending a function on the 30th of April 2012, over a year on. This resulted in their Unit reducing their Officers that where qualified to give Tact Advice from 11 down to 6 officers.

Great Manchester Police Tactical Firearms Unit (TFU) seems to be an independent body from any police force including Greater Manchester Police, during the Anthony Grainger Public Inquiry we have learned that these gang of thugs with firearms are a law unto themselves.
After a killing of an innocent unarmed man Anthony Grainger by a Police Officer in a pre planned operation in Cheshire on 3 March 2012 a Public Inquiry was launched in 2017. Justice Watch admins have been attending the court proceedings where details of how the police work and operate has become clear.
For years the Tactical Firearms Unit in Manchester has been a rogue unit, it was so bad in 2011 that Greater Manchester Police had to rush in a replacement for the Head of the Firearms Training Unit because the current head at the time was badly running the department resulting in dramatic failures. The transfer was so quick that there was no official hand over of positions, no passing down information. It seemed that there was no prier oversight to the running of this Unit, this is a quote from Marcus Williams in relation to taking over the job
“There was none of that, sir. It was all stuff we had to discover ourselves, if you like, by trial and error”
You would think this so called Elite Armed Unit would be well trained, drilled and qualified for their employment within GMP. However the way the qualification system works is that once you have initially qualified for that position you have to undertake regular training courses in order to maintain that employment BUT the result of these courses do not come into effect till a year on, in some cases two years. So we now have unqualified armed offices that have failed their training courses and still in employment putting the public in great danger, sadly this was the case with Anthony Grainger.
Incompetent Firearm Officers
The Fire Arms Unit Officers where unable to fill in simple standard log books and record their duties correctly, they where simply not operational competent if they can't be trusted with putting paper to pen then surly they can not be trusted with finger on a trigger. Marcus Williams the new leader of the TFU in court replied to the question “there was difficulties and vulnerabilities in the unit. Would that be fair?” his answer was “ That is generous, sir, yes”.
Weeks before the TFU killed Anthony Grainger there was firearm officers who had been employed on that day of the shooting or involved in Operation Shire that were not operational competence since they had only recently failed their training courses.
Y19 who was the tactical advisor on the night Anthony was killed was unqualified to do so because he had not passed a recent MAST Tactical Advice course and he should not have been employed on that operation.
X9 The CS Gas Canister Grenade Launcher failed his MAST training course on the 4th November 2011.
X7 The Bronze Commander who was in the same car as the killer Q9 failed his course in February 2012, in fact he was kicked off the course because he was a danger to other officers on the exercise . A course that the Fire Arms Unit arranged for themselves with the MET without any contact to GMP luckly for Manchester there was not a terrorist attack because we could have ended up with most of the Armed Unit down in London doing a MET training course.
Z15 had to leave his course in February 2012 cause of safety reasons, he broke several breaches of safety protocol and would have been suspended if it was not a MET course but a GMP course.
Q9 the Killer had 12 separate complaints against him for Assaulting members of the public and was still considered to be safe with a gun.
I'm sure it was not a coincidence that a training exercise was carried out days after the shooting of Anthony Grainger, was this because Q9 and X7 decided to go against GMP TFU tactical guidelines that evening.
Training Records
Training courses was not properly recorded on the Efire System at the TFU so no one really knows if did they any actually training and what that training was, obviously their logbooks are useless to us.
For the Anthony Grainger IPCC investigation the IPCC was going to ask about previous training records of those officers employed on that night when Antony was killed however those records where nowhere to be found, Marcus Williams spoke to Mike Lawlor about this and got him to cosigned in his log book which was very unusual and just a coincidence that Mike Lawlor destroyed his notebook soon after the incident.
No License
Marcus Williams became the head of the Unit in 2011 replacing the incompetent Chief Firearm Instructor Dave Clark, when he took over the firearms training unit it didn't have a full training license because they shot and killed one of their own in an excersice two years before. PC Terry died during a firearms training exercise on 9 June 2008 involving GMP's Tactical Firearms Unit for a gun shot wound.
It took them 4 years of inspections and compliance's for Unit to get back their full training license.
Changes in Policy
After they had got back their Licence the Unit was unaware of any national curriculum training changes that came into effect on June 2011 until one of their Firearm Officers stumbled upon it on when attending a function on the 30th of April 2012, over a year on. This resulted in their Unit reducing their Officers that where qualified to give Tact Advice from 11 down to 6 officers.

As you enter the courthouse your first go through the “normal” searches and metal scanners, if your case involves a Killer working for the Police in this case GMP you have to go through another scanner outside of the court room where once again you get searched and all Cameras and Audio recording devices are put inside a locked safe outside of the room. There are two Police officers guarding the doors to the room, the Killer for GMP in this case known as Q9 is placed behind a curtain to hide his identity, I forget his name is also withheld. Due to the way the court room is set up you can only have three Members of the public seating to make sure no one can see from around the curtain. You may even have four Police officers in plain clothes likely connected to the incident in some way, in this case they where sat rightfully in the defence box probably the only time they will ever be in those seats because they felt uncomfortable sitting next to me.
Within hours of Killing an unarmed innocent member of the public you have warped around support from wellfare to legal aid with no expense spared, You have a life time indemnity and no fear any legal prosecution against you. You are met with personal from The Police Force Federation even if you are not a member you can sign up on the day of the killing, Police Firearms Officers' Association (also known as Legal Killers Union) you have the Professional Standards Branch taking care of the IPCC, you have lawyers and solicitors from Russell, Jones & Walker which is now Slater & Gordan. The MET then send the killer of Mark Duggan to help you get your story right just to make sure there is no chance of legal prosecution and you get the chance to meet the Killer of Azelle Rodney at a function and the all this happening within hours of you killing someone.
You are given six days rest to write you statement just to give you enough time to get your story straight, if it helps you are put in a room with all 16 members of your colleges from that evening involved in the killing with a flip chart board with “facts” written up by the legal team to give you little more help....but there is no conferring, apparently. Then you have at least 5 years for an Inquiry to happen which gives the murder case enough time to go cold, for evidence to be destroyed like notebooks and for people to retire in order to escape any legal persecution. If you still want to remain on the force there is no problems and you can resume you job after a nice little paid holiday with spending money from your compensation claim for emotional trauma which could be a couple of grand.
If you are a member of the public and you kill someone with a gun, you are arrested, charged, remanded and jailed for a mandatory life sentence the average time in jail is about 15 years, you have to pay victim compensation and court costs . You have a criminal record for life and your name is plastered all over the newspapers and you have no welfare support or no job to return to, clearly a case of double standards. If you are a police officer you don't even have anything written on your disciplinary record.

You would think that a Police Officer using a deadly weapon “Less lethal weapon” on a member of the public would be taken with great care and everything to minimise the risk and danger to life was done. You would think that using a chemical weapon which was originally designed for war would be under some type of risk assessment and an audit recording of its usage and reason for usage would be recorded. You would also assume that a police force like GMP would not use a banned chemical weapon by this government unknowingly on members of the public.

When a Police offices disperses the CS Gas canister they must wear a mask to protect themself from having breathing issues and skin and eye irritation from the chemicals, it was designed for the army and was regularly used in Ireland by the British Occupying Military. The application for why Greater Manchester Police use it is a confusion one, during the Anthony Grainger Public Inquiry we heard many contradiction and no Police Officer that gave evidence understood the application for using CS Gas canisters.
In the case of Superintendent Mark Granby the tactical firearms commander, he says it helps to get the members of the public out of the the vehicle when members of the public are not being compliant by not following police offices orders, he also says that it prevents members of the public from being violent towards the police officers. In the case of the Senior firearms commander Terry Sweeney he would use the application anyway even if members of the public was being fully compliant, he also believes that it is especially good to use it on members of the public that are mentally ill. Not only does Mr Sweeny have no idea about the application of CS Gas but he also has no understanding of persons that are suffering from mental health problems. Other Armed Officers in the inquiry indicated it was used to keep members of the public within the car X9 who was the officer responsible for using the CS Gas canister said he used it because it creates a distraction. One of the GMP Armed Officers known as U9 who was involved with the operation said he saw no reason at the time for the usage of CS Gas even though he was wearing a mask knowing that authority has been given for the usages of a chemical weapon during that operation.
Blind Spot
The car that Anthony Grainger was sat in had tinted back and back rear sided windows which in itself brings problems of visibility of occupants within that car which was not mentioned in any previous risk assessment or conversations recorded by Officers involved in the Operation. For GMP intelligence system to get the licence plates wrong on the car something like tinted windows is a bit too complicated for them to understand.
This operation took place late at night and the car park was only lit by street lamps which once again brings its own problems of visibility. Officer X9 approached the car with a CS Gas cannister and a window breaker, Officer U9 was meant to be giving cover but decided to do his own thing or there was no real plan for the operation which would make more sense. It takes seconds for the Car to be filled with Gas creating a white smoke which inhabits every part of inside the car making it impossible for occupants of the car to see out and to see each other, it also makes it extremely difficult for the Officer with Firearms to see within the car and at least 16 colleagues around the car.
When you have trigger happy Police Officers that have been told wrong intelligence and been sitting around for 12 hours waiting for this moment you can see why this would create a very dangerous environment when any movement by occupants of the car could be translated as reaching for a gun as the police marksman killer known only as Q9 said he shot Anthony Grainger because, he saw him lower his right hand out of sight and believed he was reaching for a firearm. No guns were found in the car by the way. You can see why this would give the excuse for a Police Officer to murder a member of the public and cry self defence when in fact its cold blooded murder for anyone else without the privilege of a badge.
Effects
You can only imagine what it would feel like to be sitting in your car with friends and all of a sudden out of no where without any warning your window is smashed and you are surrounded by smoke, the gas is choking you, burning your skin and eyes. You are confused and blinded not knowing what is happening or what is going to happen, alls you know you are pend in and people in Jeans and Black Jackets with masks are pointing guns at you if you can even see at all through the smoke and avoiding the natural reaction for you to close your eye lids to protect your eyes from the burning feeling on your eye bulbs. How any officer can say this creates calm effect and allows Police Officers to remove persons from the car safely is a lier.
Rehearsal for Error
Normally before a high risk operation or most MAST (Mobile Arms Surveillance Team) operations there would be a rehearsal drill to practice the operation, you would also think that since this op involved a stationary car which is not normal for MAST since they deal with stopping moving vehicles on the road a dress rehearsal wouldn't hurt. As you likely guess there was was no rehearsal.
However in 2008 during a Greater Manchester Police training exercise drill, it is almost as if events had just repeated themselves. This Drill involved arresting a suspect in a park car by using a shot gun to shoot the tyres and breaking a car window in order to apply CS Gas into the car, they used three vehicles Alpha, Bravo and Charlie just like on the operation involving Anthony Grainger. In this drill a Police Officer PC Terry was shot dead by another police officer as he was in the car. The similarities to this is scary and especially that it involved the then Chief Inspector Micheal Lawler and the CS Gas being banned at the time by the government, clearly no lessons where learned and maybe if they did Anthony Grainger would not have been shot dead.
No Accountability
During the Task Meeting where a presentation of the operation was presented normally there would be a Audio recording of the meeting, however as you guessed in this case there was no recording and the disc that it was burned onto was in fact a blank disc, but its a just coincidence i'm sure. Therefore we are totally dependent on the Police Officers notebooks for information however we now know from the previous article the notebooks and log books are useless for auditing and recording a real timeline of events since most entrances are retroactively filled in, or not filled in or books are just destroyed anyway. And off course 6 days after the incident all 16 members of the team who was involved in the operation was not sent to Nexus House a a base for Greater Manchester Police's Serious Crime Division, Economic Crime Unit, Forensic Services and Cold Case Unit, where they all sat in a large hall six days after the shooting with a giant board being presented called the “Facts board” created by the Police Force Legal Team Advisors and then officers where told to write their witness statements together and no way was there any collusion or covering for each other. This did actually happen.
During the operation itself apparently there was no Body Cam footage, no Dash Cam Footage, no CCTV footage, Drone footage or surveillance footage of the operation. There was no video footage what so ever, there was not even any Audio communication recordings such as from radios or walkie-talkies.
Banned Weapon
For the past five years Greater Manchester Police have been using CS Gas canister despite it being banned and can only be used when permission is given by the Home Secretary, it was banned in 2007.
Risk Assessment
At no time during the the policy making or operation planning was there any risk assessment taken in regard to using CS Gas canisters. Not one officer recorded a single word in relation to the dangers of using this specialist ammunition but why would there be when members of the MAST team failed their training course weeks previously and if the course body was with GMP they would not be qualified to carry any firearms during this operation.
Gas Man
The Officer x9 who was responsible for discharging the CS Gas canister during the operation involving Anthony Grainger admitted in court that he had not actually read the manual for special firearm ammunition, he had only used it once before this incident took place. X9 pull out the pin from the CS Gas canister when he was within his tactical team vehicle, which meant no matter what would happen that CS Gas canister was going to be used since its none reversible. None of the Officers in the MAST team was given any roles and where to “find work” which means make it up as you go along. There was no plan for the CS Gas to be used but since the pin had already been pulled out it would put X9 in a difficult position with a grenade in his hand if he was not going to use it. In his testimony in relation to using the CS Gas he stated it was “not a major issues”.
Indeed this is the Fog of Corruption, its hard to sum up the bullshit we hear every day in court during the Anthony Grainger Public Inquiry so i'll leave you with a quote from the Senior Firearms commander Terry Sweeney.

It takes seconds for the Car to be filled with Gas creating a white smoke which inhabits every part of inside the car making it impossible for occupants of the car to see out and to see each other, it also makes it extremely difficult for the Officer with Firearms to see within the car and at least 16 colleagues around the car.
When you have trigger happy Police Officers that have been told wrong intelligence and been sitting around for 12 hours waiting for this moment you can see why this would create a very dangerous environment when any movement by occupants of the car could be translated as reaching for a gun as the police marksman killer known only as Q9 said he shot Anthony Grainger because, he saw him lower his right hand out of sight and believed he was reaching for a firearm. No guns were found in the car by the way. You can see why this would give the excuse for a Police Officer to murder a member of the public and cry self defence when in fact its cold blooded murder for anyone else without the privilege of a badge.
Effects
You can only imagine what it would feel like to be sitting in your car with friends and all of a sudden out of no where without any warning your window is smashed and you are surrounded by smoke, the gas is choking you, burning your skin and eyes. You are confused and blinded not knowing what is happening or what is going to happen, alls you know you are pend in and people in Jeans and Black Jackets with masks are pointing guns at you if you can even see at all through the smoke and avoiding the natural reaction for you to close your eye lids to protect your eyes from the burning feeling on your eye bulbs. How any officer can say this creates calm effect and allows Police Officers to remove persons from the car safely is a lier.
Rehearsal for Error
Normally before a high risk operation or most MAST (Mobile Arms Surveillance Team) operations there would be a rehearsal drill to practice the operation, you would also think that since this op involved a stationary car which is not normal for MAST since they deal with stopping moving vehicles on the road a dress rehearsal wouldn't hurt. As you likely guess there was was no rehearsal.
However in 2008 during a Greater Manchester Police training exercise drill, it is almost as if events had just repeated themselves. This Drill involved arresting a suspect in a park car by using a shot gun to shoot the tyres and breaking a car window in order to apply CS Gas into the car, they used three vehicles Alpha, Bravo and Charlie just like on the operation involving Anthony Grainger. In this drill a Police Officer PC Terry was shot dead by another police officer as he was in the car. The similarities to this is scary and especially that it involved the then Chief Inspector Micheal Lawler and the CS Gas being banned at the time by the government, clearly no lessons where learned and maybe if they did Anthony Grainger would not have been shot dead.
No Accountability
During the Task Meeting where a presentation of the operation was presented normally there would be a Audio recording of the meeting, however as you guessed in this case there was no recording and the disc that it was burned onto was in fact a blank disc, but its a just coincidence i'm sure. Therefore we are totally dependent on the Police Officers notebooks for information however we now know from the previous article the notebooks and log books are useless for auditing and recording a real timeline of events since most entrances are retroactively filled in, or not filled in or books are just destroyed anyway. And off course 6 days after the incident all 16 members of the team who was involved in the operation was not sent to Nexus House a a base for Greater Manchester Police's Serious Crime Division, Economic Crime Unit, Forensic Services and Cold Case Unit, where they all sat in a large hall six days after the shooting with a giant board being presented called the “Facts board” created by the Police Force Legal Team Advisors and then officers where told to write their witness statements together and no way was there any collusion or covering for each other. This did actually happen.
During the operation itself apparently there was no Body Cam footage, no Dash Cam Footage, no CCTV footage, Drone footage or surveillance footage of the operation. There was no video footage what so ever, there was not even any Audio communication recordings such as from radios or walkie-talkies.
Banned Weapon
For the past five years Greater Manchester Police have been using CS Gas canister despite it being banned and can only be used when permission is given by the Home Secretary, it was banned in 2007.
Risk Assessment
At no time during the the policy making or operation planning was there any risk assessment taken in regard to using CS Gas canisters. Not one officer recorded a single word in relation to the dangers of using this specialist ammunition but why would there be when members of the MAST team failed their training course weeks previously and if the course body was with GMP they would not be qualified to carry any firearms during this operation.
Gas Man
The Officer x9 who was responsible for discharging the CS Gas canister during the operation involving Anthony Grainger admitted in court that he had not actually read the manual for special firearm ammunition, he had only used it once before this incident took place. X9 pull out the pin from the CS Gas canister when he was within his tactical team vehicle, which meant no matter what would happen that CS Gas canister was going to be used since its none reversible. None of the Officers in the MAST team was given any roles and where to “find work” which means make it up as you go along. There was no plan for the CS Gas to be used but since the pin had already been pulled out it would put X9 in a difficult position with a grenade in his hand if he was not going to use it. In his testimony in relation to using the CS Gas he stated it was “not a major issues”.
Indeed this is the Fog of Corruption, its hard to sum up the bullshit we hear every day in court during the Anthony Grainger Public Inquiry so i'll leave you with a quote from the Senior Firearms commander Terry Sweeney.

The average member of the public would consider the Police Notebook an official document to be a vital tool to policing, something that could be treated as sacred. A book containing personal and vital information, detailing scenes of all incidents that Police Officers have been called to. The Notebook is used to keep notes of investigations and policy making. It is also an aid to to refresh an officer’s memory when they are to give evidence in a court room. It could be used an audit and paper trail for fact checking and holding Police Officers accountable.
So when a Police Officer “misplaces” a Notebook or even destroys it, one might think a serious crime has been committed by that Officer but in this Culture of Police Corruption it seems to be standard Police Policy at least within Greater Manchester Police. The Police Notebook is in fact a small Black Square Hole where vital information is vanished without a trace from the public along with any hopes of holding Police Officers accountable for their actions and decision processes have gone forever.
These are some of the rules to the Notebook according to the National Guidelines for Police Officers:

After a killing of an innocent unarmed man Antony Grainger by a Police Officer in a pre planned operation in Cheshire on 3 March 2012 a Public Inquiry was launched in 2017. Justice Watch admins have been attending the court proceedings where details of the usage of Police Officers Notebooks become clear and what was unknown by the public out of naivety was revealed to us. The conspiracy to coverup Police Officers incompetence and criminal acts in relation to the Anthony Grainger case became obvious whenever the Notebook was mentioned in court under oath.
You would think after a Murder as taken place at the hands of a Manchester Police Officer, firing a single shot to the heart of Anthony Grainger who was clearly no threat to anyone as he sat in a stationary car, all documentation in relation to this case would be stalled in some type of evidence locker room including all Notebook entries by Police Officers involved.
UNAVAILABLE
The IPCC who had started the investigation into the Murder of Anthony Grainger soon after the incident took place and was seeking for a copy of Michael Lawler Strategic Firearm Command Log Book which would have provided vital information on the incident and events leading up to the shooting. Michael Lawler was the Former Chief Inspector Tactical Fire Arms Commander. However GMP refused to give the IPCC the Log claiming that it was unavailable at the present time.
The log was assumed to have been stored with the Firearms Training Unit. They have a automated system whereby if the log book is not stored within a time frame you get an email “where is your log” this shows the importance of the Log. Despite this “Security Check” no one seemed to know the whereabouts of this Logbook.
Despite Michael Lawler claiming he did not have access to the Log Book there was a copy of the Log Book pages given to the then Acting Chief Constable Steven Heywood for his interview with the IPCC. So how can a copy be produced when the Original Log Book was not Available? Surly they would not be trying to get their stories straighten out before they pass the information over to the IPCC, coincidently this specific Log Book is allocated to other Officers within that Unit who was also present that day.
WASTE BIN
Michael Lawler later on decided that his Daybook (not to get confused with strategic Firearm Command Log Book) was no longer any use to anyone and he had this vital piece of evidence destroyed even though at the time an ongoing IPCC investigation was taking place. His reason for doing so was simply because he was retiring from the force but not yet officially retired and thought there would be no need to keep hold of this Notebook and it was put in the Waste Bin never to be seen again. What he had written or not written in his Log Book in relation to the Anthony Grainger Murder we will never know, surly he was not getting rid of vital evidence that would incriminate himself and fellow Officers. . The only operation he had been involved in.
SET ON FIRE & MISSING
In the Event of Robert Dickinson the Chief Inspector in Cheshire Force who was the Incident Manager Inspector in charge of the force control room at the time. His Pocket Notebook was magically lost by Cheshire Police Force and his Notebook/day book he throws out disposed of likely in a bonfire in his back garden.
“How the Cheshire Constabulary store pocket notebooks now is not something i am familiar with. As far as my notebook would be concerned, not my police pocket notebook but by normal notebook i had no idea. I have searched high and low in the house. I Know i disposed of a load of old documents a couple of years ago, that was just clearing out the attic. So it was just decluttering “
Despite the IPCC requesting for his logs and an active IPCC investigation he destroyed his evidence , I wonder what are the chances of both of his books disappearing just a coincidence I suppose just like the early retirement.

Steven Heywood was also found to be using an out of date Command Log Book which was almost two years old, a new one was issued to all officers which came into the force in 2010. These national command logs should have been adopted by all forces with immediate effect.
